Alexandra Babbel Studios offers vocal pedagogy for the professional and serious amateur, focusing on elevated vocal instruction, vocal rehabilitation, and career guidance for the aspiring professional. Additionally, Alexandra Babbel directs two auditioned ensembles offering pedagogical and performance experiences.

Studio Services

Alexandra Babbel Studios offers private and ensemble experience for the professional, aspiring professional, or enthusiastic amateur vocalist.

Private Coaching

Lessons are offered privately. Sessions include significant attention to vocal technique and preparation of suitable repertoire. Lessons are offered both in person and remotely. Alexandra's studio has produced several professional opera singers and numerous performers in various genres.

Ensemble

Alexandra is the Artistic Director of two auditioned ensembles; CANDESCA female ensemble now in its 21st year and AMICI, a mixed voice ensemble now in its 5th year.
The ensembles rehearse weekly, perform several times per year and tour. The next tour is May of 2023 to Carnegie Hall.

Voice Rehabilitaion
Consulting

Alexandra works with damaged voices to rebuild, strengthen and educate in order to avoid further damage and even, in several cases, avoid nodule surgery.  Alexandra offers a compassionate and holistic approach to vocal concerns.

Professional Development

Well-trained voices are often disappointed by the audition process in the highly competitive and limited professional singing industry. Alexandra will address the components of success beyond technique to create the professional persona.
