Ensemble
Alexandra is the Founder and Artistic Director of the ensemble, CANDESCA
each of which performs 2-4 times per year. Seasons run from September to July.
CANDESCA is an award-winning women’s ensemble founded in 2011.
Interested singers are invited to audition.
The advanced female ensemble performs Classical arrangements of a variety of genres.
The ensemble has traveled to 11 countries and won numerous awards.
Conducted by Alexandra Babbel, members will learn excellent vocal techniques and enjoy creative photo shoots, performances, and ambassador-like appearances. CANDESCA has been the pride of the Okanagan and future of the professional artists for 20 years.
